The restaurant of the Hotel Imperial offers the opportunity to taste the best dishes of regional and national cuisine in a bright room with a magnificent sea view. The cuisine is carefully directed by Colomboni family and it is our pride at Imperial, with fresh and wholesome ingredients and special attention to typical food of the area and local traditions. The restaurant offers three daily menu of meat and fish specialities, a plenty of vegetables buffet, choice of homemade desserts and attention to special dishes that need more care (gluten intolerance or vegetarian food).
The hotel also has a well stocked wine cellar, full of a wide range of wines, which include about 100 labels, with particular attention to our excellent regional wines.

Thanks to direct access to the garden, the lounge bar is a pleasant and welcoming place on warm summer evenings. The garden bar is also ideal for enjoyable dancing with live music and traditional dinners.
In the morning our bar hall turns into a pleasant breakfast room with tables in and outside, where you may taste fragrant sweets homemade by Mrs. Anna; in our international buffet you will find sweets, meats, cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit and syrup, yogurt, jam, light products.

It is also possible to taste and buy typical regional products including cured meats and cheeses, wine and olive oil “extravergine” of our own production.
