Each room features individual control for speed and on/off.

Situated in the basement under Reception and open daily from 7 am to 12 midnight.

Beach

Private and included in half and full board rates.
Each room has its own umbrella bearing the same number.
Our beach staff is at your disposal for any necessity.

Bicycles

Some bicycles situated outside the bar can be borrowed free of charge.
More bicycles are also available for daily and weekly rent.

Baby seats are also available.

Breakfast

Breakfast is usually served at the bar and in the garden in front of it, from 7.45 to 10 am.

Check-out time

Our standard check-out time is 10 am. Should you wish to keep your room after this time, every effort will be made to accommodate your needs: please contact Reception. In any case we will be glad to store your luggage until your departure.

To be certain that you are not disturbed while resting, please hang up the “Do not disturb” card outside your door.
However, please remember to remove the “Do not disturb” card or turn it to the “Please make up the room” side.

Laundry and dry cleaning

Daily external service available, except on Sundays and Holidays. Laundry bags are placed in your wardrobe. The articles received before 10 am will generally be returned after two days. Please contact Reception if you need a faster service.

Library

The books in the lobby may be borrowed. Please contact Reception.

Lunch and dinner

The Restaurant opens at 12.45 pm for lunch and at 7.45 pm for dinner.
You will find our daily menu pinned up beside the lift.
The guests with half or full board accommodation may order their meals at breakfast.

Mail

A mail box is placed under the keys beside the Reception desk.
Outgoing mail is collected daily.
Any incoming mail or messages will be left in your key pigeon hole.

Newspapers

We will be glad to order and deliver your favourite newspaper.

Pharmacy

In Downtown Marotta two pharmacies are open mon-sat 9 am-1 pm and 4-8 pm.
Please ask Reception about the nearest pharmacy open at night or on holidays.

Parking

Parking is free of charge.
Should you not find a place, you may leave your car keys at the Reception. We will see to parking your car as soon as a place is left free.

Pillows and blankets

An extra pillow is placed in your wardrobe. Should you need more, please ask Housekeeping or Reception.

Your room is equipped with a safe free of charge which you will find in the wardrobe.
The Hotel cannot be held responsible for valuable items left in the guest’s room.

Instructions in the event of fire

For your safty may we offer the following suggestions:

Precautions

  • Get familiar with our safety procedures.
  • Locate the fire exits.
  • Do not smoke in bed.
  • Do not carelessly toss lit cigarettes into bins.
  • Do not use different hairdriers or irons from those in your room.

In case of fire

  • Stay calm.
  • Notify the Operator(“9”)immediately.
  • Touch your guest room doorknob: if hot, DO NOT OPEN.
  • Apply a wet cloth over nose and mouth.
  • Keep yourself wet.
  • If you leave your room proceed to the nearest fire exit.
  • Stay beneath any smoke by crawling if necessary.
  • DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR.
  • Go downstairs and out of the building by using the fire exits.
  • Close all doors behind you.

If you cannot go down, go back to your room and notify someone of your presence in the room.
